Posani Krishna Murali, Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation, congratulated icon star Allu Arjun on collecting the prestigious National Best Actor award.
He also acknowledged his delight at the national acclaim given to Telugu films such as “RRR,” “Kondapolam,” “Uppena,” and “Pushpa.” Posani used the opportunity to laud Allu Arjun and even stated his hope that the actor would ultimately win an Oscar.
“Allu Arjun will also win an Oscar,” Posani Krishna Murali said. “The acknowledgement of Telugu cinema with National awards is reason to rejoice. Allu Arjun has my undying love and admiration. Despite becoming a celebrity, he has attributes of continuous learning.
This is a great characteristic. None of the Telugu heroes had previously won the National Best Actor award. If Allu Arjun continues on his path of learning and improvement, he has a chance to win Best Actor at the Oscars.”
On the job front, Allu Arjun is currently filming Pushpa: The Rule.
