Tecno introduced new products at the ‘World of TECNOlogy’ event. The company revealed the Tecno Pova 5 series of smartphones and the Megabook laptops, alongside other offerings spanning various categories.

Arijeet Talapatra, the CEO of Tecno Mobile India, highlighted the brand’s impressive journey in India over the past six years. Tecno has earned the trust of over 20 million consumers by delivering high-quality products that combine stunning design and powerful performance. The company has invested in local manufacturing, research and development, and talent acquisition, resulting in innovative solutions like the first Made-in-India foldable smartphone. Looking forward to 2023, Tecno aims to strengthen its product portfolio and venture into premium and ultra-premium segments, led by the acclaimed Phantom and CAMON Series. The unveiling of the POVA 5 series and MEGABOOK at this event marks the beginning of Tecno’s festive offerings, with more exciting products to follow.Tecno has introduced Megabook T1. With a slim profile at 14.8mm, it packs the robust performance of an Intel 11th gen processor (up to core i7). Alongside up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD storage, the laptop features a substantial 70Wh battery to keep you powered throughout the day.

While precise pricing details are yet to be unveiled, Tecno’s move to expand its product range with innovative smartphones and laptops reflects its dedication to delivering cutting-edge technology to its ever-growing user base in India. Along with the Megabook, the company also announced the Tecno Pova 5 series, including the Pova 5 Pro, which is all set to make its debut on August 14. While the official pricing hasn’t been disclosed yet, customers can expect these smartphones to be available through Amazon. Meanwhile, the upcoming laptop lineup’s launch date is yet to be revealed.

The Pova 5 Pro stands out with its unique 3D-textured design named “Interface ARC,” featuring RGB light gamut at the back for notifications, calls, and music. Notably, it comes equipped with a fast 68W charging feature. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor, offering 8GB of RAM (including virtual RAM) and storage options of up to 256GB.
