In preparation for the ODI World Cup in 2023, Rohit Sharma hopes to regain his 2019 perspective :-

Rohit’s recent batting performance has been really good. In nine games, he has scored 383 runs at an average of 47.88 and has a 2023 strike rate of 106.09. He also played eight One Day Internationals, scoring 249 runs at a somewhat higher strike rate of 114.22. According to Indian captain Rohit Sharma, he wants to enter the same mental state that he did before the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2019 this year. As India lost to New Zealand in the tournament’s semifinal in Manchester in 2019, Rohit scored 648 runs. The tournament’s top run-scorer at the time, the opener hit five centuries.
