This week, Elon Musk’s Twitter rewarded premium customers hundreds of dollars in advertising revenue. The move, which has been extensively shared by ecstatic netizens, would benefit X Premium members who have received at least 15 million impressions in three months. It also comes only days after Musk vowed to pay the legal fees of those who were ‘unfairly handled’ because they posted on the social media platform.

On Tuesday, many X Premium users – identified (mainly) by the blue check mark next to their username – took to the microblogging site with screenshots and joyful updates.
“In the last 104 days, Twitter paid me $120.65 for 21,400,000 impressions.” “For what it’s worth, YouTube paid me $241.31 for 928,593 views and 6,159,005 impressions in that exact same amount of time,” one user claimed.

Earlier on Saturday, Musk promised that the firm will pay legal fees and litigate on behalf of employees who had been punished unfairly because of their posts and “likes.”

“If your employer treated you unfairly because you posted or liked something on this site, we will pay your legal fees…And we’re not just going to sue; we’re going to sue the firms’ boards of directors as well,” the wealthy businessman assured.

He also stated that there will be no restrictions on funding the bills.
