A “turbine” is a mechanical device that converts the kinetic energy of a fluid (liquid or gas) into mechanical energy. This energy can then be used to generate electricity or perform other useful tasks.

Wind Turbine :

  4. Generator: The shaft is connected to a generator. Inside the generator, the mechanical energy from the spinning shaft is converted into electrical energy using electromagnetic induction. This is similar to how a bicycle dynamo works.
