Tomorrow, or July 28, 2023, Ola Electric will start taking reservations for the S1 Air, its most affordable electric scooter. The business previously said that early reservations made by members of the Ola community and potential customers will receive a special introductory pricing of Rs. 1,09,999. Notably, this launch pricing is only available from July 28 through July 30. The ex-showroom pricing will be changed to Rs. 1,19,999 at that point.
The company’s website has featured this new variation of the S1 series electric scooter, and all the information is already there. For instance, the style will resemble that of the basic Opel S1. However, this variation will come in six colors: Midnight Blue, Coral Glam, Neon, Porcelain White, and Stellar Blue. Then, this electric scooter offers three ride modes, a 125km range, and a top speed of 90kmph. The charging process is estimated to take five hours.
Notably, in contrast to other S1 electric scooters, this affordable model will have steel wheels, a hub motor, telescopic front forks, dual rear springs, and drum brakes on both ends. The instrument cluster also employs a comparatively lower resolution than the S1 and S1 Pro, while having full-LED lighting.
