After Lionel Messi, Antoine Griezmann became the second non-Spaniard to play 500 games for Laliga in two levels. Antoine Griezmann, a French player, made his 500th appearance in the Spanish divisions on Sunday against Real Betis. If Laliga Ea Sports and Laliga Hypermotion appearances are included. Few athletes in history have achieved such feat, therefore the Atletico de Madrid player has already achieved legendary status.

In these 500 games, Griezmann has competed for three clubs in two divisions. He played for Real Sociedad in 180 games. Including 39 in Laliga Hypermotion in the 2009–10 campaign. He was one of the best players on Martn Lasarte’s team as they achieved promotion, costarring with Xabi Prieto and Claudio Bravo.
The forward moved on to Atlético de Madrid after four productive seasons with the Basque club’s first squad in Laliga Ea Sports, during which time he scored 46 goals.
