After winning the T20 World Cup in Barbados, Team India is gearing up for a 5-match T20I series in Zimbabwe. With veterans like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Ravindra Jadeja retiring from T20 cricket, and key players such as Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya being rested, the squad heading to Zimbabwe features a host of young talents. These youngsters have earned their place through consistent performances and are ready to make their mark on the international stage.

The Men’s Selection Committee has named Sai Sudharsan, Jitesh Sharma and Harshit Rana as replacements for Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube and Yashasvi Jaiswal for the first two T20Is against Zimbabwe.

Notably, three members of India's T20 World Cup-winning squad are included in the lineup for the Zimbabwe series: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sanju Samson, and Shivam Dube. Additionally, Rinku Singh, Khaleel Ahmed, and Avesh Khan, who were reserves for the T20 World Cup, will also be part of the T20 series. This blend of experience and new talent promises an exciting series ahead.
