Noida will soon be home to India’s tallest mall! Yes, you read that correctly. Saya Status, the country’s highest mall, is set to open shortly on the Noida Motorway. The Saya Group, a well-known NCR real estate developer, plans to invest more than Rs. 2,000 crore in the construction and opening of India’s tallest mall. This mall’s development has already begun and is 25% complete. It is scheduled to be operational in 2025.
The property is being built on around 1.4 million square feet of land in Noida. It will feature a spectacular vertical architecture of 9 floors. The Saya Group’s Saya Status is planned to reach 150 feet tall.
It was designed by DP Architects, an established architectural group based in Singapore and the brains behind Dubai Mall. This initiative is expected to change retail norms and provide customers with a fresh experience.
The corporation will keep 70% of the mall’s space, while 30% will be sold to investors. The retail area will be priced between $18,000 to 40,000 per square foot.
