One dilemma that every movie-goer, perhaps, is facing this weekend is deciding on whether to look at Oppenheimer or Barbie. Both movies had been released inside the theatres on July 21 and film fans are having a tough time determining which one to look at first. While Greta Gerwig directed Barbie, Christopher Nolan is the director of Oppenheimer. However, it looks like UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his own family selected to watch Barbie first.

Rishi Sunak shared the replace along with his fans on Twitter. The UK PM posted a photograph of his own family that become clicked, perhaps, while he turned into on the theatres along with his wife Akshata Murty and their daughters Krishna and Anoushka. His own family voted to watch Margot Robbie-starrer Barbie first. In the picture, Akshata, Krishna and Anoushka may be seen carrying clothes in sun shades of crimson.

The media have dubbed the faceoff among the Hollywood summer time blockbusters as  “Barbenheimer”. The hashtag has been trending on social media even earlier than the film’s release this Friday.

As the name indicates, Barbie is all about the iconic doll whilst Nolan’s Oppenheimer is a biographical thriller primarily based on J Robert Oppenheimer, a theoretical physicist who’s referred to as the “father of the atomic bomb”.

In Oppenheimer, Cillian performs the titular role, while British actor Emily Blunt stars as his wife.
