Microsoft Excel :

Microsoft Excel enables users to format, organize and calculate data in a spreadsheet. Microsoft Excel with a Microsoft 365 subscription is the latest version of Excel. Previous versions include “Excel 2016, Excel 2013, Excel 2010, Excel 2007, & Excel 2003”. By organizing data using software like Excel, data analysts and other users can make information easier to view as data is added or changed. Excel contains a large number of boxes called cells that are ordered in rows and columns. Working knowledge of Excel is vital for most office-based professionals today, and stronger Excel skills can open the door to promotion and leadership opportunities.

 

Hyperlink:-

A hyperlink is an item like a word or button that points to another location. Usually, it holds an data linke links or url’s to navigate when it comes to use.  When you click on a link, the link will take you to the target of the link, which may be a webpage, document or other online content. Websites use hyperlinks as a way to navigate online content. A Hyperlinks are very useful to represent a data and make a presentation clean and explosive.

Converting the url into HyperLink :-

  • Select the link or url you would like convert into the hypertext.
  • Paste it into the cell in Excel.
  • Select the cell consists of the url and Click CTRL + K.
  • A dialogue box will open at a moment.
  • In the dia;ogue box, Enter the text at the “Text to display”.
  • Click on save to convert the link into the text.
  • Completed!!

 

Select the cell consists of the website url.

Click on hyperlink or CTRL + K, then pop-up will appear as below.

At the Text to display, enter the name want to replace that link

Then ok

 

Once saved it, the link will convert into the hypertext as shown below.
