President Trump is moving to his opulent Palm Beach resort Mar-a-Lago as his time in office draws to a close. His daughter and son-in-law now seem to be travelling to Florida as well.
According to a source with knowledge of the matter, First Daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Senior Presidential Advisor Jared Kushner, have agreed to rent a condominium in Arte. The stunning, pyramid-shaped skyscraper, created by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, is regarded as one of Miami’s Surfside neighborhood’s most opulent brand-new coastal projects. It is also one among the most expensive in the neighbourhood; according to The Wall Street Journal, a New York private equity executive just purchased the penthouse for $33 million.

A 75-foot heated indoor lap pool, a rooftop tennis court, a fitness centre, a kids’ play area and a residents’ lounge are just a few of the building’s features. Even though the building has 24-hour protection, the couple will bring additional security, according to the person familiar with the arrangement. at charge of sales at the building is Douglas Elliman.
