Anna Konidela, the wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, has recently added another feather to her academic cap by obtaining her second Master’s degree from the prestigious National University of Singapore. The degree, focusing on Arts and Social Sciences with a specialization in Southeast Asian Countries, was awarded in a grand graduation ceremony.
Anna's academic journey is remarkable. She first studied at St. Petersburg State University in Russia, where she earned an honors degree in Oriental Studies. Her studies there centered on the history, languages, and lifestyles of Asian countries, with a particular emphasis on Thailand. During her time at St. Petersburg, Anna also became proficient in three languages.
Following her undergraduate studies, Anna pursued her first Master’s degree in Thai Studies from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Her dedication to understanding and exploring Southeast Asian cultures has been evident throughout her educational pursuits.
