The famed Bakra Mandi in Patna, situated on Bailey Road, is adorned to offer the finest Bucks and Billies from all over the country for the uninitiated. The strongest goats and bucks are often given famous names, frequently those of prominent Bollywood actors.
The goat named after infamous UP gangster Atiq Ahmed, who was reportedly shot and executed in front of the camera by rivals, is the talk of the town this year, though. Atiq is currently so well-liked that he has a cult following at Bakra Market. According to Firstpost, he is paid the same as stars who go by the names Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
On this day, Muslims offer a goat sacrifice. Costs for Billies increase as a result of the practise. Taru Jam’s “four bucks”—Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sher Khan, and Atiq Ahmed—were valued at Rs 6 lakh on Patna’s Bailey Road.
The cost of each of the four products is Rs. 1.5 lakh. Additionally, goats were sold in the Bakra Mandi last year for between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 2.5 lakh. Four billies, including Atiq, weigh roughly 80 kg altogether. Two to three days prior to Bakrid, the market has its busiest foot traffic, according to a local report from another merchant named Imtiaz. Goats may cost up to Rs. 1 or 1.5 lakhs on the market, with prices starting at Rs. 8,000.
Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are two of Bollywood’s greatest celebrities. They have worked together on a number of films.Their most recent film, Pathaan, stars SRK and has a cameo from Dabangg Khan as “Tiger.”
However, rumours also state that King may make a brief cameo appearance in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 movie.
