Apple’s highly anticipated iPhone 15 series launch is just a few months away, and as that time draws closer, various tidbits of information about the new iPhone series have emerged. According to rumors, Apple’s new iPhone 15 series will feature significant hardware and design changes for the first time.

The existing mute button will be replaced with a new one made especially for 5G phones in the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is one notable change.

Recently, a picture of what is allegedly the iPhone 15’s outer shell leaked online. According to this image, it is assumed that the new iPhone will not have a mute button. This assertion was made while the tip was being shared by Majin Boo.

If this is the case, it would be the first change to the location of the mute switch button in nearly 16 years on the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The shell image suggests that the new replacement button will be circular in shape. According to rumors, this new button will combine several operations into one and be able to turn off the phone and control the camera.

According to rumors, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a bigger notch to make room for the rear camera. As a result, it is possible that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have an improved camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera.

The iPhone 15 series is anticipated to have a screen size similar to the iPhone 14 series. But there will be less bezel around the display, creating a more aesthetically pleasing design and giving users a bigger screen.

The charging port on the iPhone 15 series represents yet another noteworthy change. Apple will replace its exclusive Lightning port with a Type-C port. As a result, the Type-C port will be present on the iPhone 15 series for the first time.
