Adipurush, Om Raut’s highly awaited mythical epic film, has achieved an impressive entry into the 200 crore club in just two days of its release. Despite encountering criticism and demonstrations, the film starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan exceeded box office forecasts.
Adipurush grossed a stunning 140 crore on its first day worldwide. Continuing its stellar run, the picture allegedly earned an extra 65 crore on its second day, increasing its total to more than 200 crore. The Hindi version alone contributed 37 crore to this amazing total, while the Telugu states earned 26 crore on the second day.
Adipurush, based on the epic Ramayana, received some criticism, mainly for its visual effects and dialogues. The film’s box office performance, however, was untouched by the mixed reviews and controversy.
Adipurush has a star-studded cast, including Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Ravana. Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage both play important parts in this huge cinematic extravaganza.
